DMCA take down requests
OpenAudioMc accepts user content in the following forms;
- Server assets - Which consists of server background images, start sounds and ambiance sounds.
- Account files - Which consists of all other files uploaded by the user to the openaudiomc cdn at https://account.openaudiomc.net/my-files
Uploaded user content is not moderated by the site owner. If you believe that any content on the site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the site owner with the following form
Requests will be processed as soon as possible, please keep an eye on your email for a response. Take down requests and uploaded content both need to comply with our terms of service.
We reserve the right to blacklist IP's or used email addresses if we deem the request to be malicious or fraudulent.
Account deletion requests
Please contact us through our discord, and make sure to link your discord account. This acts as additional verification that you are the owner of the account.
Deletions will delete
- All uploaded files
- All server assets
- All account settings
- All account data
- All rate-limit history
- Optional linked Discord account
- Optional linked Patreon account
Access to the discord server will be revoked as part of the deletion process. This process is irreversible, and will not be undone under any circumstances. We will not be able to restore any data after the deletion process has been completed.
Account data requests
Please contact us through our discord, and make sure to link your discord account. This acts as additional verification that you are the owner of the account.
Data requests will send you a zip file containing all data we have on you, including uploaded files, server assets, account settings and account data. We reserve the right to not send you data that we deem sensitive, such as your encrypted password.
It may take up to 30 days to process your request, but we will try to send it as soon as possible. Downloads will be available for 4 days after the request has been processed.
